Directions and Office Instructions

Take I-95 to Oakland Park Blvd., go east on Oakland Park Blvd. until you reach Federal Highway, make a left turn (North) onto Federal Highway, Dr. Faust’s office is on the east side of Federal Highway between Oakland Park and Commercial Blvd in the Evermore Bank Building (approximately a city block North of Oakland Park and across the street from the historic Mai-Kai Restaurant). Alternately if you are coming from North of Commercial Blvd, you can exit I-95 at Commercial Blvd. Drive East on Commercial Blvd. and make a right turn (South) onto Federal Highway. Should you use the express/toll lanes on I-95, please ensure you exit these lanes that coincide with your planned exit. Once you arrive to the building, there is plenty of guest parking.
Upon arrival, please have a seat in the waiting room and Dr. Faust will be with you shortly. There is no need to check-in with anyone, as she will be expecting you. If you are early and the outer main door is locked, Dr. Faust will arrive shortly.
